The 1st Food Chemistry Conference - Shaping the Future of Food Quality, Health and Safety was organized at the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam between 30th October and 1st November, 2016. In the 4 sections 61 presentations were held, and more than 200 posters were displayed. Around 300 researchers form 50 countries attended the event. The attendees showed considerable interest in our posters, many of them were interested in the results of the project, and we discussed further research possibilities.
